        It's time to get into shape for the summer and stay that way with the Summer Slim Down Challenge.   Joining us will give you the accountability and road map you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.
This is a 6 week program that gives you progressive workouts, meal plans, support and motivation from certified trainers for optimal lasting results. Each workout can be performed in the gym or at home with minimal equipment in about 30 minutes. We will show you how to break old habits and create healthy ones that will lead to long term success.
