Chris Wooten - Owner of Bodyshop Athletics- Bodyshop Athletics began in 2000 after Chris decided to hang up his gun and pursue his passion.  After training all walks of life; from the Marines that protect the President of the United States, to little league athletes, and virtually everything in between,  Chris decided it was time to use the gifts that God had provided him with to help other people, and started a full time career in personal training.  "I have had dinner with Presidents, and walked beside royalty, but nothing is as amazing as helping another person improve their quality of life".  Through this "ministry" called Bodyshop Athletics, we have literally changed the lives of thousands of people.  Chris's favorite quote is from President Ronald Reagan: "Some people go through their entire lives wondering if they ever helped anyone; the U.S. Marines do not have that problem".  We at Bodyshop Athletics don't have that problem either!!!

Carey Clark Carey began her love of fitness over 16 years ago when, after years of attempting to stay in shape by cardio alone, she decided to give weight lifting a try. Finally, those trips to the gym started to pay off!  “My body shape changed, the pounds melted away and for the first time in my life, I started to focus more on being strong instead of skinny. I discovered that not all training regimens are equal and that there truly were better, more efficient ways to exercise.” Carey still follows this philosophy today as she strives to provide her clients with challenging, efficient and safe workouts that will enable them to live the best life God has planned for them. Carey has been married 14 years to her best friend, Greg, and is the proud mom of Eleanor (9) and twin boys Harris & Thomas (7). She has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Clemson University and a Masters in Journalism from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified personal trainer through A.F.A.A
