OUR MAX TEAM
Chris Wooten (Owner of Bodyshop Athletics) Bodyshop Athletics began in 2000 after Chris decided to hang up his gun and pursue his passion. After training all walks of life; from the Marines that protect the President of the United States, to little league athletes, and virtually everything in between, Chris decided it was time to use the gifts that God had provided him with to help other people, and started a full time career in personal training. "I have had dinner with Presidents, and walked beside royalty, but nothing is as amazing as helping another person improve their quality of life". Through this "ministry" called Bodyshop Athletics, we have literally changed the lives of thousands of people. Chris's favorite quote is from President Ronald Reagan: "Some people go through their entire lives wondering if they ever helped anyone; the U.S. Marines do not have that problem". We at Bodyshop Athletics don't have that problem either!!!

Vincent Albano Athletics has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. Starting around age 5 I tried just about every sport I could until I found my niche in football and track & field as a sprinter/jumper. After finishing high school in my small hometown in northern New Jersey, I attended King's College where I played football for 4 years and finished with a B.S. in Athletic Training. I then moved to Columbia to pursue my Master's degree in Exercise Science at USC which I will complete in May '17. During my time here I have been working for CORA Physical Therapy as an athletic trainer and through them, was recently able to join the team here at Body Shop. Being undersized for a football player I quickly learned the importance of strength and speed and love to share the skills I have learned throughout my career with anyone who is willing to put in the work. Whether the goal is performance, weight loss, or general fitness I have the knowledge to help achieve new levels.
