*Intensity level 1 Hardcore- RED*

*Intensity level 2 intermediate- BLACK (Not “quite” as crazy)*

Group Sessions 1hour

1x per week = $50 Per Month

2x per week = $90 Per Month

3x per week = $110 Per Month

4x per week= $130 Per Month

5x per week = $150 Per Month 

(5x per week members- Sat. morning Free)

*Group session PAY PER SESSION $15 per workout*

* Group training is based on monthly basis. It is up to the clients to make up missed sessions (no credited sessions for missed group sessions).

Saturday Morning Mud Run Training – 8:15 every Saturday                                                                   A complete body work over to prepare you for the USMC Mud Run. This class is offered by the only OFFICIAL mud run trainers.  ONLY $5 per person per workout (you do not have to be doing the mud run to participate in this class)
