Personal Training Offered as private sessions and partner sessions. Partners split the cost of the session. Work with a friend that has similar goals! Get ultimate training at half the cost.

(P.A.S.S.) Power, Agility, Speed, and Strength  Ages 6 and up. Focusing on the make-up of a true athlete.  Incorporates running mechanics, foot speed, explosive starts and controlling change of direction.

P.A.C.  (Plyometrics, Abdominals, Conditioning) All Ages (9:00 Friday morning) “This ain’t your momma’s YOGA class”!  A hardcore hour long workout to get you whipped into shape in the shortest amount of time possible.  Begins with a 1.5 mile Jog / Run and back to the tennis courts for the old high school athletic practice you loved so much.

Partner Sessions Share a workout with a friend or two and offset the cost.

Create your own class Share your workout with a group of friends (of your choosing)  From boot camps to sport specific groups, this can be a very effective way to get great results and minimize your cost. 

Kids Camps All Ages (participants placed classes according to age and skill level) Teaching kids the importance of healthy lifestyles:  Making exercise fun, choosing healthy snacks and meals that do not make you crindge. 

 

Spinning Monday – Friday. Sign up for varying schedule

Bootcamp – 5:00 p.m. Monday and Thursday and Friday mornings at 5am- $100.00 per month or $12.50 per class

Saturday Morning Mud RunTraining – 8:15 every Saturday. Putting the “fun” in functional.  A total body butt whipping workout that is no doubt the most challenging workout in town. This is your chance to see what you are made of.  ONLY $5 per person per workout 

Group Classes available throughout the week- Placement in group classes will be determined after a fitness evaluation is completed.  This is to ensure you are are in the proper class for YOUR goals and not a general purpose workout!
